The challenge is to enable senior users to use the “Sucursal Virtual Personas” platform so they can carry out transactions in the simplest way possible, while ensuring the platform’s security.
For this design process, I used the Double Diamond method from the Design Council.
This project involved the complete design and development of a bespoke website for a luxury tailoring studio. The goal was to create a digital experience that reflects the studio’s commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and personalized service, while also offering a seamless user experience.
Insights
We conducted a usability test of the current platform and found that 50% of users felt uncomfortable using the dynamic key to complete a transaction. Additionally, 70% of users had difficulty easily finding the option to make transfers, and another 50% believed the platform was not very secure.
