1- Overview
My role as Product Designer was to develop and lead new features of the app, performing a UX and benchmark analysis of what was on the market, developing wireframes in low and hight delity as well as developing mockups making the happy path of the flow. and later building the prototypes.
The designs were created in Adobe XD and Figma.
Goals:
Create an in-app flow to encourage users in Mexico to save.
Redesign the dashboard to encourage saving.
Dashboard
For this Dashboard case, I had to restructure the Information Architecture, since our goal was to encourage saving. We decided to add a banner informing users that they can automate their saving spaces.
Space Automation
In this case, the challenge was to propose a new design for the space automation settings. This automation is divided into two sections: by frequency (date) or by purchase rounding.
By hierarchy, the user is first shown the action they can take when automating their space.
Each input includes an icon to help users quickly and easily identify its functionality. Additionally, an example was added to each input, giving users a clearer idea of its purpose.
A chevron icon is used to indicate that this component will take the user to the next screen.
Finally, the flow ends with a CTA in the brand’s primary color.
Empty State
In this case, the challenge was to propose a new empty state design for the “Spaces” section. First, it displays the amount of money the user currently has in their spaces, followed by a CTA in the brand’s primary color that, when tapped, leads to the space creation flow. At the center, there’s an illustration representing saving within the space, accompanied by a welcoming copy that highlights the features of this section.
Notification center
In this case, the challenge was to design a notification center where users can view all their notifications and easily distinguish between read and unread ones.
